[Architect Your Success] Choosing What Works
Twenty years of building systems taught me something unexpected: the most elegant architecture in the world doesn’t matter if the people using it aren’t working from their strengths.
What’s Changing 🔄
I’ve spent two decades at Accenture and Oracle designing solutions and solving complex technical problems. I was good at it. But the moments that energized me most weren’t when the system went live. They were the conversations where someone discovered how they naturally work best.
So I’m making a shift. My focus now is coaching professionals who want to harness their natural talents and architect their own success. Tech projects? Only as referrals. This is what I love. This is where I’m most useful.
What This Means for You 💡
This newsletter is moving to monthly. One thoughtful piece on the first Sunday of each month. No inbox clutter. Just strategic insights: a powerful question, a systems-thinking framework, or a pattern you might recognize in yourself.
This isn’t about teaching you CliftonStrengths® (though that’s a tool I use). It’s about helping you see what’s already working, question what isn’t, and design what comes next.
