Terms of Service

By engaging with Coach Rye Solutions (the "Service"), you agree to the following professional terms and conditions:

Professional Disclaimer: Coach Rye Solutions provides professional coaching and technical systems consulting. The Service does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or psychological medical advice. Any actions taken based on coaching sessions are at the client’s sole discretion.

Engagement Models

Services are delivered based on the selected partnership model: Strategic Momentum (Monthly), Systems Alignment (Quarterly), or Integrated Partnership (Annual).

Carry-over Policy

  • Strategic Momentum: Sessions must be utilized within the 30-day billing cycle to maintain momentum.
  • Systems Alignment: Session credits remain valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
  • Integrated Partnership: Session credits remain valid for fifteen (15) months from the date of purchase.

Scheduling & Intellectual Property

We require 24 hours' notice for rescheduling "Strategic Deep Dives." Sessions missed without notice will be deducted from your balance. All proprietary frameworks and materials provided remain the property of Coach Rye Solutions for client internal use only.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is a core component of our partnership. We comply with Canadian PIPEDA standards to protect your data.

Data Collection & Usage

We collect name, contact, and payment info via Stripe. We also store CliftonStrengths® results to facilitate our deep dives. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Communication Channels

By opting into our models, you consent to communication via Email and Telegram. Telegram is a third-party application; users should review their encryption and privacy settings accordingly.

Retention

Coaching notes and Strengths data are retained for the duration of our partnership and up to 2 years following for your reference, unless earlier deletion is requested.

Refund & Return Policy

Because our models involve dedicated time-blocking and the purchase of third-party assets, the following rules apply:

Assessments & Digital Products

The CliftonStrengths® Reports are non-refundable once the access code has been issued. All digital downloads or "Content Gems" are final sale.

Service Proration

  • Strategic Momentum: Non-refundable once the first session of the month has commenced.
  • Higher Tiers: Early termination of Quarterly or Annual models may receive a prorated refund for unused sessions, minus a $150 CAD administrative fee and the retail cost of any assessments provided.
