Life Coach Training Update

The first programme of the life coach training has ended.

It has been a wonderful learning experience. It was not just a training on how to be a life coach or how to help other people. It was also a time for me to reflect about the things that are going on in my life. The techniques I learned on contant sweeping (of my tolerations) and of following daily habits were really good for myself.

Still, I am not 100% sure yet if I am ready to do this full-time.

I enjoy coaching but I still need more time to really figure out if I want to do it full-time. The rewards of coaching, not just monetary but the joy of seeing your coachee grow and succeed, are certainly fulfilling.

However, I still have some doubts if I can handle the “tough” cases or, to be more precise, how much of it I can handle.

Luckily for me, the second programme will not start until January so I still have some time to think things through.
