… and, from my first session, this is one of the things I need to work on in this journey.
Of course, this is nothing new to me since the wifey has told me (more than once) before that I (always) need to interject our conversations with advice and suggestions, and try to solve problems. The session, however, did a good job of explaining further why being a problem solver is NOT healthy as a professional coach and why one, instead, should aspire to be a Presence-Giver.
